In addition to good construction, organization and implementation, there is a need in construction for a core competence that is at least even important: “communication”. Conveying a message. And that’s where it often goes wrong. One person thinks he has communicated his decision in a timely and sufficiently clear manner and does not wonder whether the other has received that message to this extent. The other has something but does not ask back whether he has heard it all correctly.
