Inventory and advice on fire safety is a complex property

This involved making an inventory of the current state of all complexes in regard to fire safety, such as checking the presence of required fire facilities, does it comply with the laws and regulations applicable at the time in regard to fire safety, does it meet the required escape routes, presence of the correct contract for maintenance of fire extinguishing facilities, presence of required connection and protocol for automatic fire reporting via PAC (Private Alarm Center) or RAC (Regional Alarm Center) and which installation-technical and constructional measures must be taken to comply with current or then applicable laws and regulations regarding fire safety with associated costs with phased implementation over several years.
