My role was to make an architectural inventory of the entire property, based on this an interactive excel document with a dashboard, with which it became clear what the costs per building block were for merging and renovation to minimum, basic or premium quality. And with this to determine which building blocks could be executed in which year and at what quality level for the most optimal and cost-effective scenario.
